Rory's View Part 4: The Hungry Earth

Sorry this is so late, but here's part three of Rory's View, a daily feature which charts a part of an episode from Rory's point of view:

PART 4: THE HUNGRY EARTH

I just stepped out of The TARDIS, after putting Amy's ring back so she doesn't lose it, then I am greeted by a woman I swear wasn't there before.

"Well that was quick" she said, with me still having no clue at all what she's on about.

"Was it?" I asked.

She then said back "It's a great thing"

A little boy came round and tried to look in the TARDIS but I shut it before he could even have a peek. He continued to look round the edges of it before saying:

"What is it? Portable time lab?"

"Oh ah sort of" I said back, still with no clue.

"Ambrose, I was the on that called, here's my son Eliot" she said and shook my hand.

"Where's your uniform?" the young boy asked.

"Cheeky Eliot there's his clothes CID isn't it? Anyway it's over here." then she walked off towards the graves.

I had a quick look around the TARDIS, still wondering how they got here without me seeing them.

"Erm" I said. Eliot looked behind him and I knew they weren't listening.

I just shrugged and tried to catch up with them.

 "Its a family plot see? My aunt Gladys died 6 years ago, her husband Alan died a few weeks back. He lived 2 doors down, there's not many of us left now." Ambrose said when we were at the grave.

"Mum, he doesnt care about that. He wants to know about the dead bodies." Eliot said.

Ambrose sighed "Yes, sorry, when we bury them they always want to be buried in the same plot, together. But when we went to bury uncle Alan, Gladys wasnt there. Gone, Body, Coffin, everything."

I gave a really blank look "What?"

"The mad  thing is, that on the surface, the grave was untouched, no sighns with it having been messed with!"

I continued my blank look. "I'm sorry I don't understand."

Ambrose carried on. "Nobody touched the grave since my aunt was buried, but when we took it open, the body was gone. How is that possible?"

I looked at the grave and thought where on Earth is the Doctor?
